You must provide accurate business information and keep your profile up to date. Only claim trades, accreditations and insurance you genuinely hold. Verification badges are only shown when verification is complete.
Leads and credits
You buy credits or a subscription to unlock leads. Lead prices vary by trade, job value, urgency and quality. Unlocking a lead reveals the homeowner's contact details for the purpose of quoting on that job.
Using homeowner data
- Use unlocked contact details only to quote on the specific job.
- Do not add homeowners to marketing lists without their consent.
- Handle personal data lawfully and securely.
Disputes and refunds
Genuinely defective leads can be disputed for a credit refund under our refund policy. Abuse of the dispute process may lead to suspension.
Conduct
Treat homeowners professionally, quote honestly, and carry out any agreed work to a proper standard. Misuse of the platform, fake reviews, or attempts to bypass unlocking controls may result in suspension or removal.
