Using the platform
By using Lead and Trade you agree to these terms. You must use the platform lawfully and provide accurate information. Specific terms also apply to homeowners and tradespeople.
Our role
Lead and Trade is an introduction platform. We connect homeowners with tradespeople but are not a party to any contract for works between them and do not carry out the work ourselves. We do not guarantee the quality, suitability or outcome of any job.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping login details secure. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or misuse the platform.
Acceptable use
- No fraudulent, fake, spam or duplicate submissions.
- No misuse of other users' data obtained through the platform.
- No attempts to bypass payment or lead-unlocking controls.
Payments
Tradespeople pay for credits or subscriptions to unlock leads. Pricing and the refund policy apply. Homeowners use the platform free of charge.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of homeowners or tradespeople, or for losses arising from works arranged through the platform. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
